Privately positioned within the grounds of the main home overlooking the lake, the lovely and fully equipped ‘Tiny House’ is a small unique space offering a comfortable and modern experience right by the Lake. The private yard around the Tiny House offers plenty of outdoor entertaining space. The ‘Tiny House’ has access to the lovely private garden with an outdoor cooking area (including gas stove) & seating. Guests can also access the nearby sheltered book nook which which offers more views!

The 'Tiny House' is a small home away from home. If you enjoy caravaning or 'glamping' this is for you!
Its compact sizing may not suit all requirements - please ask us if you have any questions at all. Please note - the sleeping level is accessible only by timber ladder.
The Neighborhood
The property is located on the outskirts of Tuross Head and is accessable via a private & sealed access road. The speed limit is 30km/h on the access road.

Important Details to Note!
• IMPORTANT - Please be aware that direct vehicle access to the Tiny House is not available. The designated parking bay is located approximately 150 metres from the Tiny House. Guests should note that the walk from the parking bay to the Tiny House is along a steep grassy slope. For your safety and to maintain the tranquil environment, guests must refrain from driving down this slope and should stop at the end of the graveled driveway. It is essential to adhere to this guideline as we are unable to assist with vehicle recovery and cannot take responsibility for vehicles that may get stuck.
Within the 'Tiny House' itself, the upstairs loft bedroom area is only accessible via a small timber ladder and the ceiling height of the loft area is extremely low - it is a 'crawl' to bed. There is a wonderful opening skylight to star gaze through!
Please note, while the property is pet-friendly, the fencing may not be adequate for all animals. It is up to the pet owner to supervise and maintain control of pets. A $55.00 fee applies per pet, per stay.
• This is a rural property backing a nature reserve around the lake front - there may be visits from snakes, foxes, spiders, kangaroos, echidnas, possums & other critters - please be aware that children and pets require supervision.
